The Fitness Center's Group Fitness Schedule is now available on our website.  Classes will begin on Monday 2/1/16, and most are open to all members of of the Ithaca College campus community on a first come first served basis.  Tai Chi, Gentle Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga are available to faculty and staff only.
