Diversity and Inclusion Webinar Series “GROWing Diversity Dialogue in Your Organization” on February 25thContributed by Michelle Rios-Dominguez on 02/02/16 Initiating and maintaining the diversity and inclusion dialogue can be challenging. As practitioners, we often ask ourselves, how do we continue the D&I conversation in between formal initiatives? In this webinar, participants will use the GROW coaching model as a tool to initiate and advance the diversity and inclusion dialogue. Participants will generate a list of powerful questions that stimulate conversation and participants will prepare for a coaching conversation they can have in their organization in the upcoming weeks. About the Presenter: Felicia Montgomery, M.A. As a seasoned talent development professional & inclusion advocate, Montgomery’s passion is developing learning experiences that support professional and personal development. She have designed several learning experiences to support cultural competence and inclusion in non-profit and for profit organizations. As a life-long learner, she enjoys collaborating and learning from other professionals dedicated to diversity and inclusion.
