Important Flexible Spending Account Reminder

If you had a Healthcare or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account in 2015 the deadline to file a claim for 2015 expenses is March 31, 2016.

If you had any unused spending account funds at the end of the plan year, claims must be received by our spending account administrator, PayFlex, no later than March 31, 2016 or funds will be forfeited according to IRS regulations. For claim forms and other information about spending accounts please visit  www.ithaca.edu/hr/benefits/individualchoice/flexiblespendingaccounts/

To review your spending account balances please visit www.aetna.com or www.payflexdirect.com
