Are you interested in studying abroad? A representative from SIT Study Abroad (one of IC's 2016-17 affiliated study abroad partners) will be on campus this Thursday, February 25, 12:10-1:00, in Job Hall 209 to meet with students and provide further information about the SIT study abroad options. SIT offers multiple options for interdisciplinary, field-based programs in more than 50 countries across the globe. Programs focus on critical global issues such as migration, climate, global health, and human rights. Bring all of your questions about studying abroad to the info session, and specifically questions about studying with SIT. You'll be able to speak directly with Louis Berends, the SIT representative. If you aren't able to make it to the session, Lou will be at a table in the lobby of the Campus Center from approximately 10 a.m.-12 p.m., and possibly from 1:00-3:00 p.m. He would be happy to chat with you about the SIT study abroad options. You can learn more about the study abroad options offered through SIT at the SIT Study Abroad website, or in the Office of International Programs (OIP). SIT offers both affiliated and non-affiliated study abroad options in many different countries; check with the OIP to learn which are affiliated and which are non-affiliated. You can learn more about studying abroad at Ithaca College at the Office of International Programs, located on the 2nd floor of Job Hall. For more information, contact us at studyabroad@ithaca.edu. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Rachel Gould at rgould@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3306. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. |
