Diversity and Inclusion Webinar Series “Affirmative Action or Diversity Inclusion: Does My University Know the Difference?” on March 1stContributed by Michelle Rios-Dominguez on 02/25/16 Affirmative action and Diversity/Inclusion are both measures that are taken with the aim of encouraging corporations to hire and promote workers from diverse backgrounds. However, the manner in which each initiative is carried out is quite distinct to one another. This webinar offers a case approach to learning the difference between EEO and AA and the implications for your institution. This is part of a webinar series sponsored by the Office of the Associate Provost Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement and the Office of Human Resources.
