Give Employees Feedback, Get Cooperation, Improve PerformanceContributed by Jane Ray on 03/01/16 Not a PowerPoint presentation, this is a highly interactive seminar that delivers 3 skills to help supervisors and managers improve employee performance. Skill #1: Give employees job feedback the way they want to be given it so they’re much more likely to cooperate. Skill #2: Defuse defensiveness and resolve the issues that are often behind it. Skill #3: How to give positive feedback that’s effective and believable. The seminar will use participant workplace situations, not generic ones. Learning materials include skill reinforcement cards; participants may contact the instructor for additional help.
