Will you be stuck on campus the first weekend of spring break? If so - this is your chance to see some the best intercollegiate debate in the world. Ithaca College is hosting the North American Debate Championships on March 11-13.
Volunteers are needed!
Ithaca College is hosting the North American Debate Championships on March 11-13. Teams from across North America will be competing - teams from Harvard, Yale, Cornell, McGill, University of Toronto, and Duke to name a few. Ithaca College will be competing as well. The debates are judged by panels of judges. Each panel consists of one experienced judge but the other panel members don't need any experience. Each debate takes about two hours. There will be debates on Friday evening and then all day on Saturday. If you are interested please contact Scott Thomson - pthomson@ithaca .edu.
