Last Chance to Register for the 2016 IC A Healthy Me ChallengeContributed by Katie Sack on 03/29/16 James Suh has put together a great IC A Healthy Me Challenge this year - Food & Fitness. James is a senior Public and Community Health major from New Jersey and enjoys hiking with his dogs, running, and cooking healthy & delicious meals! "I am excited for this upcoming challenge that I am leading and I hope to motivate everyone to make healthier choices everyday!" Are you ready to challenge yourself and improve your health? This year's IC A Healthy Me Challenge will test your persistence in eating healthy and keeping a consistent cardio program. You will be focusing on eating meals that include lean proteins, whole grain carbohydrates, non-starchy vegetables, and healthy fats while running/walking, swimming, or biking every week! Each healthy food and cardio activity will be worth a certain amount of points and whoever has the most points at the end of April will receive a special prize! So join in and get eating and running (or swimming or biking)! Registration (bottom of page) is open now until March 31. The challenge begins April 4 through April 30. |
