Commonwealth Care Alliance, one of the top Medicare rated health plans in America, is launching a ventures arm to incubate new ideas in care delivery, technology and service provision, while drawing the top talent minds to work there, all in the heart of Boston, MA. Wednesday, April 27, 2016 Healthcare in America is a three trillion-dollar industry. Organizations are focused on improving the customer experience and health outcomes while at the same time pressured to reduce the total costs. These dilemmas our healthcare system is facing require innovation and the opportunities deploy innovation to improve the system are endless. About the Speaker He currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA). CCA is an innovative health plan with $800 million in annual revenue and 800 employees that also provides direct care to Massachusetts residents who are eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. CCA is nationally recognized for its role in transforming healthcare and has had notable success in influencing public dialogue about issues of access, affordability and quality, as it affects populations who are low income and have complex chronic health problems and physical and mental health disability.
