A presentation about the content of “Plan Colombia for Central America”/ the Alliance for Prosperity. As a reaction to the unprecedented number of children who arrived in the US in the summer of 2014, Vice-President Biden proposed a new “Plan Colombia for Central America” in order to stop the flow of migrants from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala. Come find out the details of what the proposal actually contains
