 Interested in learning how to lift weights at the gym and learn proper technique?  Want to gain confidence and increase the variability of your workout?  Ready to feel EMPOWERED?

Come to the Fitness Center for a free lifting training session on Sunday April 17th at 12:00pm!  Our certified personal trainers will guide you towards improving your form and the efficiency of your workout.  Ask any lifting or fitness-related questions, and learn how to utilize the Fitness Center in the best way possible!

Sign up at the front desk of the Fitness Center.
