Mariah Flaim, Computer Science ’16, was awarded second place for Best Research Poster at the recent  New York Celebration of Women in Computing held in Lake George , NY.  

Mariah won for her poster describing her research on MegsRadio.fm, a local music discovery app. She has been working on the app with Prof. Doug Turnbull for the past year. They hope to make it available for download from the Apple App Store later this spring.
