Therapeutic Recreation Students and Recreational and Leisure Studies Faculty present at NYSTRA ConferenceContributed by Janice Elich Monroe on 04/14/16 Sonya Griffiths, Emily Miner, and Riza Ramos, Therapeutic Recreation Majors, co-present with Dr. Janice Elich Monroe, Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies. They presented two sessions at the New York State Therapeutic Recreation Association Annual Conference in Saratoga Springs, New York. The topics for the presentations were Inter-professional Education: A Student's Perspective and Read and Play with Me: Using Intergenerational Interventions to Enhance Recreational Therapy Outcomes. The presentations took place on April 10, 2016.
