Faculty Council seeks nominees for the Institutional Effectiveness andBudget Committee (IEBC) Comment from rosentha on 04/22/16
According to 1.6.2.17.1 of the Policy Manual ( https://www.ithaca.edu/policies/vol1/volume_1-10601/volume_1_10602/#1060217 ):

the membership of the IEBC includes:

"Three faculty members with two-year staggered terms appointed by the Faculty Council. These faculty members will be responsible for bringing faculty concerns and interests to the IEBC. Ordinarily no school will have more than one faculty member serving on the Committee at any one time."

That is, the terms of office appear to be two years rather than three years.
