The Performance Evaluation – Creating Space for the Conversation

June 1, 2016, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Peggy Ryan Williams Center, Room # 52, Facilitated by Jeff Shepardson, Conflict Dispute Resolution Center

This session will present strategies and skills for the performance review process.  Participants will be exploring the nature of conflict present in most evaluation processes and how that potentially negative dynamic can be transformed by skills and strategies that create and hold space for the conversation.

Performance Review for Non-Supervisory Staff

June 7, 2016, 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m., Peggy Ryan Williams Center, Room # 52

This session will review the basics of the performance review process.  In addition, there will be an online Parnassus demonstration.

Performance Review for Supervisors

June 14, 2016, 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.,Peggy Ryan Williams Center, Room # 52

This session is intended to help supervisors with the basics of the performance review process.   In addition, there will be an online Parnassus demonstration.
