After 27 years as Director of Career Services, John Bradac is retiring from Ithaca College.  John has accepted a position at Tompkins Cortland Community College, and will begin his new role there as Dean of Student Life this summer.

During his engagement with Ithaca College, John has counseled thousands of students, and had a lasting impact on our community.  An active professional in his field, John has been recognized by the American College Personnel Association as an Outstanding Mentor for New Professionals, and received that organization’s Distinguished Service Award for his elected role on the Commission for Career Development.  In 2013 the National Association of Colleges and Employers selected John to serve on the National Career Services Benchmarking Group.
