These dispensers are difficult for some folks with disabilities to use. McDonald's is currently facing a class action suite alleging violations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) due to their use of free style beverages dispensers because their touch-screen interfaces make no provision for use by the visually impaired. I hope IC Dining Services takes this into consideration so that folks of all abilities can use the equipment in the dining halls successfully.
