IC Walking Trails

Walking is a great form of exercise, as it can be done almost anywhere! Did you know that there are a variety of walking trails at Ithaca College?

Don't forget to be safe and healthy while walking... 

  • Let someone know where you plan to go
  • Start walking slowly, then increase your speed as you go
  • Wear well-fitting, supportive shoes and socks
  • Bring water with you
  • Always wear sunscreen
  • Be aware of your surroundings
  • Dress appropriately for the weather
  • Stretch beforehand

Please always put your health and safety first. If you are not sure if walking is the right activity for you, ask your doctor.
