Performance Review Process Closes at End of Business, Tuesday, July 5thContributed by Kirra Franzese on 06/30/16 The deadline for completion of the performance review process has been extended from the original deadline of June 30th to the end of business on Tuesday, July 5th. All performance reviews must be completed and acknowledged by the employee by that time. Supervisors of employees with incomplete performance reviews or performance reviews that have not been acknowledged by the employee will need to contact their respective Vice President in order to determine if the employee or supervisor will be eligible for this year’s annual merit increase that goes into effect on August 1st for exempt employees and July 25th for non-exempt employees. Supervisors may log into Parnassus at any time between now and then to view which performance reviews have been completed and which ones remain incomplete.
