This workshop will: · Provide an overview of the issues related to the current economic downturn and its implications for college employees. · Discuss the process of helping employees become more comfortable working within an ever-changing environment. · Provide you with methods to assess morale issues within your campus. · Discuss elements of outstanding service and methods of helping to achieve them. · Be interactive as well as informative.
