The Office of Admission is excited to invite current Ithaca College employees who meet the required qualifications to apply for the position of Associate Director, Off-Campus Recruitment.

The Associate Director will provide leadership within the Office of Admission in developing, managing and coordinating all aspects of off-campus recruitment for first-year undergraduate students.  Identify and develop student recruitment and admission strategies, assess effectiveness and lead process improvements.  Review applications, advise inquiries and applicants throughout the admission process, and ensure timely admission decisions.  Work in collaboration with the Office of Admission leadership team, deans, program directors/coordinators and other staff and administrators in integrating recruitment and admission efforts with other College programs and processes.  Represent the College at recruitment and admission events and at various venues.  A full description including qualifications and application instructions can be found here.
