We are pleased to announce the addition of new Sourcing Manager, Doug Freeman, to the procurement organization.  Doug joins IC to fill an important role in assisting with the creation and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives and to support day-to-day purchasing related activities. 

Doug has nearly thirty years of higher education purchasing experience and most recently served as the Director of Purchasing for Syracuse University where he also earned a master’s degree in Public Administration.  Doug is a Certified Purchasing Manager and is a member and past president of the Institute of Supply Management organization.
