Marella Feltrin-Morris (Modern Languages and Literatures) published her translation of Gaia Caramellino's book, Europe Meets America: William Lescaze, Architect of Modern Housing (Cambridge, UK: Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2016).

The book maps out some of the major phases in the career of the Swiss modernist architect who designed, among others, the PSFS Building (now Loews Philadelphia Hotel), and provides a unique glimpse into the field of public housing in 1920s and 1930s America.
