Our club is going to be an online fashion magazine. It would focus more on the culture and style of those on campus, as opposed to being a “high fashion” magazine. It would be completely gender inclusive (men, trans, and non-gender conforming are welcome to participate and talk about their own style/tips). It would feature fashion, beauty, and even some lifestyle. The cover would feature someone on campus who is doing amazing things (whether it be towards their career or just making amazing changes on campus). We would also talk a little about events going on/some important news going on around campus. Since this magazine would be online only, we would also like to incorporate some video projects to go along with the monthly magazine.

A faculty advisor would mostly assist us in talking to other professors to see who they think deserves to be placed on the cover of our magazine, so that we can ensure that there is no bias on who is placed on the cover and that we can recognize people who may not have been recognized otherwise. We would also like them to be another opinion when we are making large decisions for the club. Please email sBelcher@ithaca.edu if you are interested.
