IC Diversity and Inclusion Discussion Circle – Wednesdays at NoonContributed by Jaimie Voorhees on 08/30/16 Members of the Ithaca College community are invited to attend a weekly discussion group focused on diversity and inclusion. The group has recently changed its name from ‘F&A Discussion on Race, Diversity and Inclusion’ to the 'Ithaca College Diversity and Inclusion Discussion Circle.' All members of the Ithaca College community are invited to attend our weekly meetings, which typically take place on Wednesdays at noon in Klingenstein Lounge. To learn more about this group, subscribe to our Sakai site and watch for meeting announcements and other updates. Started by former Vice President Gerald Hector in December of 2015, members of the division of finance and administration and other campus constituents have gathered weekly to engage in discussion, participate in programming, and share feelings and perceptions around race, diversity and inclusion at Ithaca College. Join the conversation, or just come to listen. All are welcome.
Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Jaimie Voorhees at jvoorhees@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3118. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. |
