Ithaca College

This year, nearly 220 students, alumni, faculty and staff helped our newest community members move in to their "home away from home" on August 21st.

They greeted families, unloaded cars (sometimes in the pouring rain!), packed up carts and bins, walked stairs and rode elevators. These volunteers, along with staff members from Residential Life, Facilities, Public Safety, and many other campus offices made the process efficient, and very often fun. 

Our new students and their families expressed their gratitude and delight at being welcomed with such enthusiasm!
