Moments of Relaxation on Campus

 People react to long days at work in many different ways but it is important to take some time throughout the day to take a break and just relax. This can either be in the form of exercise, mini meditation or enjoying a quiet moment outside. 

 Examples of Mental Wellness Moments:

  • Take a 15-minute walk.
  • Take your lunch outside.
  • Start that book you’ve been meaning to read.
  • Practice mini-meditation by lying down, closing your eyes and focusing on your belly breathing. Don’t forget! Meditation is all about being in the moment, so let go of the stress.
