There’s a very old saying in the theater: “There’s no tragedy like Greek tragedy.”

Performance majors in the Department of Theatre Arts invite you to witness their speeches by various characters in two Greek tragedies: Antigone and Medea.  They will also perform a unison chorus from Antigone

When: Tuesday September 20 at 10:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Where: Studio 4 of Dillingham Center (ground level)

The presentation is free and will last for about 45 minutes.  We hope you can join us for some or all of these stirring and moving speeches.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Greg Bostwick at gbostwick@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3794. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
