Curious what those deductions from your paycheck represent? Unclear about what income is taxable and what isn’t? Confused about education credits? Enroll in ACCT 10303 Federal Income Taxation for Community Volunteers. No accounting or tax background is required to take this course, which meets MWF from 1:00 to 1:50 pm starting October 17th. This course will also prepare you to volunteer, if you wish, with the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program of the IRS in the spring. |
