Dr. Yuko Mulugetta, Director of Enrollment Planning, and Nicole Eversley Bradwell, Director of Admission, recently presented at the National Association for College Admission Counseling in Columbus, Ohio.  Test Optional Admission:  Best Practices, Implications and Next Steps featured information from Dr. Mulugetta’s award-winning paper on the subject.  Other panelists included Eric Maguire, Vice President and Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at Franklin & Marshall College, and Ann Marano, College Bound Advisor at the Irma L. Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School in Dallas Texas.  Eric Maguire was formerly Vice President for Enrollment & Communication at IC, and Ann Marano is a member of the Ithaca College Office of Admission’s School Counselor Advisory Board.  Ithaca College is currently participating in “Defining Access”, a national study on the impacts of test-optional admission.
