Professor Robert Sullivan who has ably chaperoned and assisted with coordinator of NCUR for the past few years will not be able to assist with planning or attending NCUR 2017 with students.

Requirements are as follows: 

Attend two information sessions this fall to recruit interested students for NCUR and talk about the process of submitting an abstract:
October 27 – noon -1:00pm
November 2 – 4:00-5:00pm

Meet the students who are going (one meeting) to discuss the logistics of travel, the conference and what is expected.

Travel to Memphis (via) with them to attend the conference from April 6-8. All travel, lodging and related expenses to NCUR for the person in this role will be covered by the Provost’s Office.  There will also be additional chaperones on the trip.
