Thank you to the campus community for your patience as the Shared Governance Task Force completes a comprehensive draft for the campus to review. The Shared Governance Task Force is pleased to inform the campus community of the following timeline for release of the draft of the shared governance document and our plan for collecting your thoughts and feedback. October 24, 2016 – All Ithaca College community members will receive a direct email that will share the draft of the proposed charter of shared governance. A survey link will also be provided that campus community members can use to provide the shared governance task force with anonymous feedback on the draft. October 24 through November 11, 2016 – Meetings will be scheduled with a variety of constituency groups and open sessions will be held for the campus community to gather feedback. Other groups can request time with the Shared Governance Task Force and those meetings will be accommodated if possible. The open feedback sessions for the campus are scheduled for: * October 27, 2016 from 10 - 11pm in Textor 102 * November 3, 2016 from 12:10 – 1:00pm in Textor 102 The anonymous survey will be closed on November 11, 2016 at midnight. Beginning November 12, 2016 the Shared Governance Task Force members will review all feedback received for consideration. March 1 through March 3, 2017 – The Shared Governance Task Force will present a final draft to the Board of Trustees for approval. Thank you for your patience and support.
