Join us on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 for the Annual Ithaca College Employee Benefits & Work/Life Fair.

We have some exciting enhancements to our benefit offering for the upcoming year. This is the perfect opportunity to check in with our benefit vendors to get more information on our existing benefits as well as enhancements to our plans.

One of these enhancements includes our dental plan offerings through Delta Dental.  Not sure which plan is best for your needs? Come by to chat with our Delta representatives, grab a bite to eat, and enter to win prizes.

In addition, we are excited to announce the introduction of Aetna Concierge. Effective January 1, 2017, Ithaca College will have a dedicated service team trained specifically on the benefits that Ithaca College offers.  We understand our employees need personalized service from time to time when it comes to navigating today's complex healthcare system. Your Concierge can assist you with anything from finding a provider to estimating your out of pocket healthcare costs.  As a result of this enhanced benefit, all employees electing medical coverage in 2017, will receive a new Aetna ID card. While your ID number will not change, the contact information for our plans will change. Please be sure to replace your existing card with the new card once you receive it.

The Fair will be held from 10am to 2pm in Emerson Suite. Benefit Eligible Faculty & Staff Only. Please bring your College ID to enter.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Julie Tinkham at jtinkham@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-8000. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
