The EASDC (Educational Affairs Staff Development Committee) will be hosting their first Fall Social Fundraiser event on Monday, November 21 from 11:00-1:00pm in Klingenstein Lounge. This event is open to ALL staff and faculty!

There will be a silent auction from 11:00-12:30pm which includes gift baskets donated from departments across campus. Winners will be announced at 12:30pm. Smaller items and a couple of larger baskets will also be available with the purchase of raffle tickets. 1 ticket for $1.00, 6 tickets for $5.00, and an arm’s length for $10.00.

Also available through the purchase of raffle tickets is the chance to win our grand prize basket, The Little Holiday Helper donated by Athletics, which includes $150 in gift cards for the following places: Texas Roadhouse, Regal Cinema, Dunkin’ Donuts, Walmart, Chili’s, Wendy’s, and Panera.

You do not need to be present to win raffled items.

Additional activities to enjoy while you are there will be a photo booth, make-your-own greeting card station, games, coloring, an activity where you can earn FREE raffle tickets, food and music!

Tickets and Silent Auction items are available for purchase with cash or check. Remember ALL FUNDS RAISED will be given to the Chapel Emergency Fund that supports students, faculty and staff in crisis with grocery and gas cards and financial support.

Since this is lunch time please feel free to bring your lunch! We will be supplementing your lunch with cheese and fruit platters and beverages.
