Posted on behalf of Janet Williams, Interim Vice President for Finance and Administration.

The Ithaca College Institutional Effectiveness Budget Committee (IEBC) proposed some changes to the College's Meals and Entertainment (M&E) policy last spring and they have been approved by the President’s Council.

Ithaca College’s Task Force on Meals & Entertainment developed the new policy on the utilization of Ithaca College funds for meals, receptions, alcohol, etc. in order to help us be more prudent, purposeful, efficient, and equitable about how we spend on food and under what circumstances.

Special thanks to the faculty, staff and student councils and campus-wide open session/survey participants that provided valuable input. This deep engagement and involvement resulted in the new M&E Policy  and FAQ document.
