The Teaching Transgender Tool Kit has won yet another award.  The College Student Personnel Association of New York State recently recognized Luca Maurer, as co-author, with the Significant Research/Publication Award.  This award is designed to call attention to a significant piece or published report having both intrinsic merit and educational significance for the field of student personnel as practiced in post-secondary education institutions.

Luca previously was recognized by this same association in 2006 with the Distinguished Service to Higher Education Award.

Congratulations Luca on receiving recognition for this seminal book for the profession but more importantly for educating student affairs practitioners and higher education practitioners about how we can best provide transgender affirming services on our campuses.
