Ithaca College (IC) is launching a national search for a Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer (CIDO) in support of our continuing efforts towards increased diversity and inclusive excellence for the IC community.  We are excited to have Mr. Tom Phillips and Ms. Beth Schaefer of Neumann Executive Search Partners will be assisting with the search. Campus visits by finalists are anticipated to occur in June 2017 and the committee’s goal is to have the new chief inclusion and diversity officer in place by July 2017.

The CIDO search committee will be chaired by Dr. Brian Dickens, Vice President and Human Resources. He is joined on the committee by the following members:

·         Candy Ross, Sr. Assistant Director, Student Financial Services

·         Michelle Rios Dominguez, Division of Human and Legal Resources, search support
