The online submission process for faculty sponsors/students to submit student presentations for the 20th Annual James J. Whalen Symposium will close on Thursday, March 2, 2017. Submissions will be accepted for presentations, performances, and displays.
· Submit the Online Student Submission Form OR · Contact your faculty collaborator to have them fill out the Faculty Online Submission Form. IMPORTANT: Please only submit one form. DO NOT submit both.
Central to the success of the Whalen Symposium, we need the contributions of experienced faculty who can bring their expertise to the process. Interested in volunteering as an Abstract Reviewer? Faculty will electronically review 3-6 abstracts (500-750 words per abstract) during spring break to determine finalist presentations which will be highlighted at the Symposium. Award winners will be selected from the pool of finalists at the Symposium. Volunteer to be an Abstract Reviewer Here Interested in volunteering as a Finalist Judge? Faculty will judge a session (1/2 hour -3-4 finalist presentations) at the Symposium April 13 from 12–1pm. Volunteer to be a Finalist Judge Here Interested in Moderating a Session?
