Take the time. Be heard. Your health matters! *The National College Health Assessment/IC Student Health Survey has been conducted biannually at IC since 2003. A 50% random sample of full time undergraduate IC students were selected to receive an email invitation to participate on February 21st. The survey must be completed by March 11th. More information, including data from past NCHA surveys, can be found on the Center for Health Promotion website. IRB Approval #1216-04

On Tuesday, February 21st, a random sample of IC undergraduate students received an email invitation to complete the IC Student Health Survey*. The purpose of this survey is to assess the health and wellness needs of students so that campus programs and services can better meet those needs. The survey takes 20-30 minutes to complete and is confidential. Students who complete the survey will have a chance to win one of ten $50 ID Express cards.
