Representatives of both full-time and part-time contingent faculty have been negotiating with the administration for over a year. The two most important issues for our membership - fair pay for part-timers and job security for full-timers - remain at a standstill, with the administration refusing to even discuss reasonable solutions that would help us, our students, and our college.

Vote to authorize our contingent faculty union to take action up to and including a strike.
