Ithaca College

Ed Rivera '88 and Alexi Harding '02 will provide an overview of the various stages of the investment banking capital raising process. In particular, they will reference a capital raise of at least $35 million that they are currently conducting for an innovative and disruptive technology company. They will share not only the process of financing clients who are developing new products and new markets but also their own journey of building a non-traditional financial advisory practice.
