Participants get a free copy of their credit report and everyone has access to free one-on-one support during the purchase process. ALSO, INHS offers down payment and closing cost assistance to first-time buyers in Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Schuyler, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties!
