As with last year, employees will have an opportunity to provide feedback on supervisor performance as it relates to the competencies Ithaca College expects of supervisors in their leadership roles. This feedback is meant to provide a mechanism for supervisors to receive constructive feedback from their employees, to assist in identifying areas for growth and development, and to identify and acknowledge exceptional supervisors for mentoring of individuals new to supervising. The supervisor feedback form will be delivered to staff employees via email in the form of a survey link on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. (If you do not find the email in your regular inbox, please check your Clutter and Junk folders.) Surveys will need to be responded to no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. Feedback is intended to be anonymous and will be collected and provided to the individual your supervisor directly reports to in aggregate form for use on your supervisor’s performance review. The aggregate data will be delivered by the time the performance review process opens in Parnassus on Monday, April 3, 2017. At that time, staff employees may log into Parnassus and begin their self-assessments and supervisors may initiate performance reviews. The performance review process will remain open through Friday, June 23, 2017. Performance Review training opportunities are available in #52 PRW Center.
