Today the contingent faculty union met with administration to attempt to head off a strike and settle a contract that provides fair pay for part-time faculty and job stability for full-time contingent faculty. We did not come to an agreement, and as of today our strike on March 28th and 29th is still on.

We agreed to go back to the table on Sunday March 26 at 1:00pm as one final attempt to reach a fair deal for all contingent faculty before striking on March 28th and 29th.
