Members of the Ithaca College community are involved in Homecoming Players' current production of Christopher Durang's Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike. Opening night has already passed, but the second and last performance is Monday March 27th at 7:30 at Ithaca's Kitchen Theatre. Winner of the Tony Award for Best Play, as well as the Outer Circle Critics Award for Best Play and other awards, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike is one of the most lauded and beloved Broadway plays of recent years. Vanya and his adopted sister, Sonia, live a quiet life in the Pennsylvania farmhouse where they grew up, but their peace is disturbed when their movie-star sister Masha returns unannounced with her twenty-something boy toy, Spike. A weekend of rivalry, regret, and raucousness begins! In the cast: Judith Andrew (staff, Library); Arthur Bicknell (class of 1973); Marissa Accordino (class of 2016). Graphic design by Dan Taylor (staff, Library, and class of 1998) Tickets and more information: http://www.kitchentheatre.org/kitchen_sink.html#vanya
