The Emerging Scholars Program is interested in recruiting and hiring ESP coaches for next year.  Must be in good academic standing and be able to tutor at least one course and/or lead study skills sessions for new students; have a record of participation in student organizations that promote diversity; and the evident skills to mentor others and support ALANA student success.

Preferred applicants will have strong affiliation with ALANA student communities (S2S, PODER, ASA, NABA, etc.) to support the building of academic and social support networks.
