IC MY FUTURE RETIREMENT PLANNING EVENT
April 19 | Emerson Suites | 10am - 2:15pm

There will be 3 sets of concurrent education seminars available for you to choose from depending on what interests you and where you are at in the retirement planning process. Register for one of our 1pm sessions at https://www.ithaca.edu/hr/benefits/retirement/icmyfuture

  • Halfway There: A Retirement Checkup (Suite A)
Give your retirement savings a checkup. TIAA’s workshop leader will provide information to help you determine where you need to be in your retirement savings and how to get back on track if you’re behind.

  • Preparing for Retirement: Health Care and Beyond (Suite B)
During this session, you will learn about the Emeriti Retiree Health Care Program. You will have an opportunity to ask questions regarding what health insurance options are available to you and your eligible dependents once you retire and turn age 65, how those plans coordinate with Medicare, and how to get reimbursed from your Emeriti Health Account for qualified medical expenses once you retire.

  • IC Retirement Policy & Procedures Explained (Suite C)
Get answers to your questions related to retiring from Ithaca College. Much of your success in retirement will depend on how skillfully you plan for it. This workshop is a good place to start! During this session, you will be provided with information to help better prepare you to navigate the retirement process.

Visit https://www.ithaca.edu/hr/benefits/retirement/icmyfuture for information on all the retirement sessions and to register before April 10. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact The Office of Human Resources at benefits@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-8000.
