The ISP includes six courses and 18-credits of academic study for Outdoor Adventure Leadership majors and fulfills the requirements for a standalone, one semester Outdoor Pursuits minor. The ISP is open to all majors and minors. The Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies Leisure studies is currently accepting applications for the 2018 Immersion Semester Program (ISP). The ISP is a domestic study away, wilderness-based, semester program focused on leadership development while rock climbing, backpacking, whitewater rafting and mountaineering in California and Oregon.
