Barney Beins (Psychology) co-authored The Worth Expert Guide to Scientific Literacy: Thinking Like a Psychological Scientist with Ken Keith of the University of San Diego. The book was published by Worth Publishers.

The theme of the book is the development of scientific literacy in students through the teaching of psychology. The focus is on the research processes that allow students to begin thinking like scientists.
