Annual Techqual+ Survey Email Invitations from DIIS will go out Tuesday, April 4th, 2017Contributed by Marilyn Dispensa on 04/02/17 Submitted on behalf of Dave Weil, Interim Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer A random selection of 25% of faculty, staff and students will be receiving an e-mail from CIO@ithaca.edu on Tuesday, April 4th, with the subject line: "Invitation to take 2017 TechQual+ Survey for Ithaca College Students, Faculty, and Staff. It will be open through April 14th, 2017. This survey, conducted annually, will provide the college with a longitudinal view of student, faculty, and staff perspectives about IT services. Additionally, we will be able to compare our IT service outcomes against the performance of other institutions. The survey results will be thoroughly reviewed by our staff and shared with the campus community. **Those who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for one of four $25 gift certificates to the Ithaca College Bookstore (2 for students, 1 for faculty, 1 for staff).** We very much appreciate and look forward to the insight that participants can provide in helping DIIS assess and improve our services.
